Have you always wanted to learn to throw on the potter's wheel? Are you a beginner and want to get muddy? Or, are you more intermediate and want to get to the next level?
Learn the fundamentals and make cylinders, cups, bowls, and more in our beginner wheel & hand building classes. You will be guided through the process of preparing clay, throwing, shaping, trimming, and glazing your pieces.
Working with clay offers many benefits to all, regardless of age or ability, because it is an art form that engages one’s hands, one’s mind, and one’s heart. It results in works of beauty, self-expression, and function. Students of all ability and experience are invited to explore wheel techniques used in pottery and sculpture.
